Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund where applicable.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
